Sales Head (Andhra Pradesh + Telangana)- Premium Alcobeverage


- P&L Ownership: Own topline, bottom-line and market share for BII portfolio across AP & Telangana

- Strategy: Design and execute route-to-market plans for each channel - retail, on-premise, CSD & B2B

- Volume & Value Growth: Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual NSV, volume and profitability targets

- Key Account Management: Build strategic partnerships with top distributors, retail chains, hotels, and corporates

- Distributor Network: Appoint, manage and drive ROI for distributors; ensure healthy stock norms and credit control

- Team Leadership: Lead, coach and motivate RSM/ASM/ASE teams; drive performance culture and capability building

- Commercial Planning: Develop state pricing, schemes, discounts and trade spends within budget guidelines

- Brand Execution: Ensure premium visibility, availability and activation of BII brands across outlets

- Regulatory Compliance: Manage excise, labeling, licensing and all state policy requirements for AP & Telangana

- Demand Planning: Forecast accurately with supply chain to maintain OTIF and avoid OOS situations

- Market Intelligence: Track competitor moves, pricing, consumer trends and share insights with HO

- New Launches: Lead successful roll-out of new BII SKUs and innovations in both states

- Trade Marketing: Partner with marketing to execute festivals, consumer promos and on-premise activations.

- MIS & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, dashboards and analytics; present business reviews to leadership

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with supply chain, finance, legal, marketing and global teams for alignment
