Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

- Formulate and execute regional sales strategies

- Focus on acquiring, retaining, and expanding key accounts

- Identify and nurture new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong connections with industry stakeholders

- Act as a representative in crucial industry forums and discussions
Team Leadership:

- Mentor and guide a diverse sales team to achieve excellence

- Foster collaboration and synergy across sales units

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery

- Utilize market insights to shape product and commercial strategies

Performance Management:

- Track KPIs, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts

- Conduct thorough business reviews and updates for leadership

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA from a prestigious institution; bachelor's degree in engineering or technology is a plus

Experience:

- Over a decade of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management

- Background in LogiTech, Shipping, or Maritime sectors is highly desirable

- Strong proficiency in leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
