About the job: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead sales excellence and drive business growth across Nepal.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Financial Leadership:
- Develop and execute national sales strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Drive revenue growth with focus on topline and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Partner with Strategy & Marketing on new products and go-to-market initiatives.
- Ensure sustainable, profitable growth through balanced volume & margin management.
- Monitor business performance with regular reviews and forecasting.
Sales Operations & Process Excellence:
- Design and implement standardised Sales SOPs.
- Enhance efficiency through data-driven decisions and automation.
- Support teams in pricing, lead conversion, and key account negotiations.
- Collaborate with Credit teams to maintain healthy receivables.
- Oversee timely MIS reporting & analytics.
Market Development & Customer Focus:
- Drive market expansion across high-potential territories and segments in Nepal.
- Work with Marketing to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure exceptional post-sales experience via structured feedback systems.
- Partner with IT & Operations to enhance digital customer touchpoints.
- Build strong customer relationships with solution-oriented selling.
People & Performance Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Implement development and succession plans.
- Drive capability-building in consultative selling and leadership.
- Manage performance metrics with structured interventions.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support expansion and network optimisation.
- Contribute to new initiatives, product diversification, and geographic penetration.
- Ensure compliance with audit and statutory norms.
Social Responsibility & Culture:
- Champion relevant CSR initiatives within the logistics ecosystem.
- Foster a culture of integrity, inclusiveness, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

- Certifications in Data Analytics, Process Excellence, or Digital Transformation are added advantages.
