Job Role

- Build relationship with assigned builders/projects sales and loan team

- Source Home Loan leads from assigned builders/projects

- Interact with home buyers and lead sourced through assigned builders/projects to convince them for taking Home Loans

- Documentation of interested prospects and logging in the files to the best suited banks

- Collecting important and relevant info and data from assigned builders/projects

- Adhere to the best practices and process of Home Loan

- Extensive sales and business coordination with backend, banking partners and internal stakeholders.

- Timely reporting of data and intel to internal stakeholder
