Business / Sales Head - IT Staffing & Recruitment | Gurgaon
ConsultBae is hiring a senior sales leader to drive growth for our Recruitment and IT Staffing vertical, serving clients across India, the US, and Europe for Domestic Indian Candidates.
About the role: You'll own end-to-end business development for our IT staffing services - identifying target accounts, building relationships with hiring leaders, and closing deals. This is a day-one revenue role: we're not looking for someone to learn the space, we're looking for someone who already knows it and can leverage their network from week one.
About you:
- 5 to 12 years of total experience in sales and business development
- At least 4 years actively selling IT staffing, contract staffing, or recruitment services
- Strong existing network of decision-makers at IT services firms, GCCs, product companies, or enterprise IT functions
- Track record of closing deals and consistently hitting revenue targets
- Deep understanding of the IT staffing landscape - rate cards, margin structures, contract vs. permanent models, and what clients actually look for in a staffing partner
- Comfortable hunting new logos as well as farming existing accounts
What you'll do?
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities across India, US, and European markets
- Build and convert a pipeline of IT staffing mandates - contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent
- Negotiate commercial terms, MSAs, and rate cards
- Partner with our delivery and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Represent ConsultBae at industry events and through targeted outbound
