Role Overview:

- Zouma is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to drive and scale our enterprise IT and professional staffing business in Bangalore and Hyderabad. This role demands deep expertise in selling high-value staffing solutions to

- Fortune 500 enterprises, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and large domestic corporates. You will define and execute sales strategy, build a top-tier sales organization, own the regional P&L, and forge long-term partnerships with C-suite and procurement leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L for the relevant portfolio of staffing business, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth

- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for IT staffing, contract staffing, and professional services roles

- Develop and implement account-based sales strategies targeting MNCs, GCCs, and marquee Indian enterprises

- Build and maintain C-level relationships; drive contract negotiations, pricing, and SLA agreements

- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team; establish sales KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline management

- Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure seamless candidate deployment and client satisfaction

- Leverage CRM systems and data analytics to optimize sales processes, track performance, and improve win rates

- Represent Zouma at industry forums and networking events; publish thought leadership on staffing trends

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in IT and professional staffing sales, with at least 10 years in enterprise sales leadership

- Minimum 5 years of experience owing P&L

- Proven track record of closing multi-crore deals, building scalable sales operations, and owning P&L in new markets

- Deep network with HR, procurement, and C-level executives in Bangalore and Hyderabad

- Strong command of account-based selling, consultative sales, and contract negotiation

- Hands-on expertise in CRM implementation, sales forecasting, and performance management

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
