We are a fast-growing, revenue-positive Startup delivering cutting-edge IoT solutions that combine hardware and software to provide actionable insights and operational efficiency for large enterprises. Our customers include some of the biggest names in the automotive and heavy industry sectors. As we scale up across India and expand into the USA and GCC markets, we are building a high-performance sales engine and looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead the charge.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head who will be responsible for driving the company's sales strategy, operations, and revenue growth across domestic and international markets. This role involves setting up and leading the sales function, establishing scalable processes, building regional teams, and owning the P&L responsibility for the sales division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the end-to-end sales strategy aligned with business goals.

- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team across geographies.

- Develop regional GTM plans for India, USA, and GCC regions.

- Own and manage the full sales lifecycle - lead generation, qualification, pitch, proposal, negotiations, and closure.

- Drive key enterprise deals with top automotive and heavy industry clients.

- Establish and continuously optimize sales processes, tools, and KPIs.

- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.

- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Take full P&L ownership of the sales function.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health.

Key Requirements:

- 16-22 years of overall experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in the automotive, heavy industry, or manufacturing domain.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in IoT/Industrial tech sales (preferably both hardware & software).

- Proven experience in building and managing regional sales teams and scaling sales functions from scratch.

- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.

- Prior exposure to international markets, especially USA and Middle East (GCC) is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to own and drive P&L responsibilities.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments is strongly preferred.
