Mandatory Requirements (Pre-screening Criteria):
- Only Female Candidates will be considered.
- Must come from the civil, interior design, or luxury furniture industry.
- Extensive Pan India travel is required and expected.
- Notice period: Immediate to maximum 15 days.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the luxury furniture/interior design sector.
- In-depth understanding of global design trends, and strong industry network (designers, architects, developers, etc.).
- Excellent presentation and pitching skills in the luxury product space.
- Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Role Overview:
As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving Evoras expansion across India by identifying high-potential opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening our position in the luxury interiors market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a national business development and sales strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and HNI clients.
- Identify and acquire projects in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
- Champion Evoras values of bespoke craftsmanship and sustainable design in client interactions.
- Lead impactful sales presentations and product pitches to high-profile clientele.
- Represent Evora at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Manage negotiations, contracts, and client agreements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to leadership.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 1015 years of experience in luxury furniture, interior design, or civil/interior projects sales.
- Strong network of industry contacts and ability to open doors across the ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with client-facing responsibilities.
- Experience using CRM tools and reporting systems for lead tracking and performance monitoring.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Open to frequent and flexible travel across India.
