Hiring: Sales Head

Location: Pune

Experience: 15-17 yrs exp

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic sales growth in IoT & automation.

- Drive pipeline in Oil & Gas, EV, and industrial sectors.

- Manage key accounts, bids, and market intelligence while mentoring a high- performing team.

- Identify new product opportunities (EV chargers, keyless entry, retail automation).

- Handle techno- commercial tenders & long- term contracts (CAMC, warranty).

- Ensure revenue growth, client retention & satisfaction.

- Strong technical background in IoT ecosystems, sensors & controllers.

- MBA preferred; financial literacy in P&L and project modeling.
