
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales function for our data engineering and analytics services. This leadership position is critical to scaling the business and accelerating revenue growth by leveraging our solutions in verticals such as eCommerce, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and New Age Tech companies. Additionally, expertise in Healthcare, BFSI, and Manufacturing sectors is a plus.
- You will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies, building and leading a high-performance sales team, and engaging with key stakeholders across the business, including pre-sales, delivery, and other critical functions.
- You will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that we meet both short-term sales targets and long-term strategic goals. Collaborate with marketing to define go-to-market strategies and customer outreach programs.
- Engage directly with senior-level clients to understand their business needs and position the company's data engineering and analytics solutions.
- Own the sales target and accountability for the overall sales performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Minimum 14-18 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on data engineering, data analytics, or similar technology solutions focus on India Market. Experience working with key verticals like eCommerce, CPG, Retail, and New Age Tech companies is a must.
- Deep understanding of data engineering, analytics, cloud, AI/ML technologies, and their application in business transformation. Solid experience in managing large, multi-stakeholder deals.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree is a plus.
Tools & Technologies:
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
