- Monitor the field staff working with aid from CRM
- Identify poor performers and address thru PIP
- Identify high performers and execute the central retention strategy (to be advised by HR Ex team)
- Capability Development
- Identify Training needs and work along with Central L&D team to meet the same
- Employee Engagement
- Drive company One Reward & Recognition Scheme
- Promote culture on spot recognition
- Engage with Sales Team on taking suggestions for improving HR services
- Talent Acquisition
- Interview candidates for culture fit
- Support central team with creation of Talent Pool
- Ensure positive candidate experience
- Basic HR actions
- To ensure all employees confirmation / transfers are done on time
- Ensure Sales Incentives are appropriate to the performance
- Monitor Time and attendance
