Sales Head (Hot Stamping Foil)

Responsible for achieving sales to achieve revenue targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to the printing, packaging, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share in the hot stamping foil sector.

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and clients, particularly within relevant sectors like offset printing, label industry, and packaging for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, supply and demand, and customer purchasing behaviors to make informed sales decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, production, and product development, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and provide customer feedback.

- Analyze sales data, prepare accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and present performance reports to senior management.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA with 15+ Years of sales experience & possess a deep understanding of hot stamping foil technology, including application processes, materials, and troubleshooting, to provide expert guidance to clients and the sales team.

2. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.

4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

5. In-depth understanding of sales techniques and markets.

6. Ability to develop sales strategies that are aligned with business goals.

7. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with customers and partners.
