Achieving the top line and profitability targets for HoReCa Business across the country. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Developing and accessing the national HORECA marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention. 2. Building and execution of the Channel GTM Strategy for HoReCa Business, ensuring profitability focus. 3. Drive sales of products in the HoReCa Channel through Joint Business Planning & Driving key metrics. 4. Demonstrate expertise in development & implementation of promotion plan for HORECA and handling communication for the brand. 5. Drive volume & value growth, Finalize Annual, Quarterly and Monthly targets at National and Regional Level with detail plan. 6. Responsible for SKU level forecasting basis trend analysis and plan outlet acquisition. 7. Responsible for building excellence in operation efficiency through business analytics, changing market trends & working closely with the general trade teams to drive HoReCa growth. 8. Ensure effective sign off and implementation of TOT with Key accounts (National and Regional) 9. Develop Business intelligence capabilities including areas of competitor tracking and aligning product and pricing strategies to achieve business objectives. 10. Responsible for managing the P&L for the HoReCa channel, delivering on short term and long term plans. 11. Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements. 12. Responsible for skill development and identifying training needs for the team. 13. Regularly reviewing and managing performance of the team.
