Head of Sales - General Staffing, you will be responsible for spearheading new business acquisition, driving topline growth, and strengthening strategic client relationships across India. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a mix of strategic thinking, client empathy, and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue Ownership: Drive revenue targets and profitability for general staffing across sectors like BFSI, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Services. - New Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close new enterprise accounts. Build a strong pipeline of potential clients across geographies. - CXO Engagement: Navigate and engage with CHROs, Procurement Heads, and Business Leaders to drive consultative sales conversations. - Solution Selling: Lead sales with a problem-solving mindset-customizing staffing solutions aligned to client needs. - Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Drive accountability and enable capability building. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service. - Sales Strategy: Define and execute regional and national sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives. - Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, pricing benchmarks, and client expectations. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 10-15 years of B2B General staffing sales experience, preferably in staffing or manpower outsourcing. - Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise accounts from scratch. - Strong CXO-level stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Strategic thinker with an execution bias and sharp business acumen. - High ownership, self-starter, and entrepreneurial mindset.
