
Head of Sales - Forging Industry.
We are hiring a Head of Sales for a well-established forging/manufacturing organization (~- 50 Cr revenue).
Industry: Forging.
Location: GHB.
Role Summary:
Lead and scale the overall sales and business development function with responsibility for revenue growth, key account management, new customer acquisition, and market expansion across automotive and industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own domestic and international sales strategy and revenue targets.
- Develop new OEM, Tier-1, and industrial customers.
- Strengthen key account management and long-term contracts.
- Drive RFQs, pricing strategy, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and lead high-performance sales and marketing teams.
- Work closely with operations on demand planning and new product development.
- Represent the company in customer audits, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Candidate Profile:
- 18+ years of experience in forging / auto components / metal manufacturing sales.
- Strong OEM, Tier-1, and industrial customer network.
- Proven track record of scaling B2B manufacturing sales.
