Description:
Role & responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through team coaching, distribution expansion, and SKU availability.
- Ensure disciplined execution via structured reviews and market visits.
- Exposure in data tools (DBMS, SFA, Excel) for tracking and reporting sales performance.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities and channels.
- Distributor Management: Provide timely solutions to distributor needs and ensure brand consistency.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing and Product Development to support product launches and brand initiatives.
- Should be Travel extensively to engage teams and distributors.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Postgraduate in Management from premier Institution with 10+ years of experience in sales, Preferably in FMCG Industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven sales management skills.
- Aggressive and execution-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English and Tamil languages.
- Lead and manage large sales teams across South India.
