Managing South India or at least 2-3 states already.
Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Revenue Achievement: Achieve company sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned regions and product lines.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, energize, and develop the sales team to meet targets and build capabilities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain productive relationships with key customer accounts and stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, suggest improvements, and ensure targets are met.
- Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities and channels.
- Distributor Management: Provide timely solutions to distributor needs and ensure brand consistency.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing and Product Development to support product launches and brand initiatives.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, taxation, and compliance standards.
- SAP Expertise: Utilize SAP for sales operations and reporting.
Other Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Head
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid knowledge of South Geography
- Full knowledge and expertise in building distribution and availability of brands
- Strong channel partner and distributor management skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Knowledge of Distributor Management Software
