Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in line with business goals
- Drive revenue growth through market expansion and effective execution
- Ensure consistent product availability and strong in-store visibility
General Trade (GT) Management
- Strengthen and expand the distributor and retail network
- Improve numeric and weighted distribution across the territory
- Build strong retailer relationships to drive repeat business
Modern Trade (MT) Management
- Manage regional chains and key accounts
- Support product listings, promotional activities, and in-store execution
Distributor Management
- Appoint and manage distributors and super stockists
- Ensure efficient stock flow and minimize stock-outs
- Monitor distributor performance and return on investment
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage Sales Officers, promoters, and beauty advisors
- Set clear targets, track performance, and drive team productivity
- Provide ongoing coaching and development support
Brand & Market Execution
- Execute product launches, sampling activities, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure high standards of merchandising and shelf visibility
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
