Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the sales targets for Andhra Pradesh; drive volume, value, and market share growth in line with business objectives.
- Manage, develop, and expand the dealer/distributor network across the state; improve dealer productivity, coverage, and engagement.
- Leverage experience from non-cement industries (FMCG, consumer durables, paints, electricals, building materials, etc.) to bring best practices in channel management and execution.
- Lead and mentor the state sales team; set clear KPIs, drive performance reviews, and build a high-performance, execution-driven culture.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing; identify growth opportunities and execute state-level sales strategies.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, track key performance metrics, ensure accurate forecasting, and drive timely action closure.
- Ensure healthy receivables and credit discipline; work closely with finance, supply chain, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
