Job Role:

The professional will be involved in handling the sales for the FMCG business of the Organization.

Key Responisbilities:

- Achieve company sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned regions and product lines.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead, energize, and develop the sales team to meet targets and build capabilities.

- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key customer accounts and stakeholders.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, suggest improvements, and ensure targets are met.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and channels.

- Provide timely solutions to distributor needs and ensure brand consistency.

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development to support product launches and brand initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, taxation, and compliance standards.

Candiate Requirement:

- 15+ years of experience with a PG degree in Marketing from Premier B- Schools and exposure working with reputed FMCG companies
