Roles & Responsibilities:
DSA Channel Development & Management:
- Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs to drive personal loan business.
- Ensure consistent engagement and performance monitoring of DSAs.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement region-specific sales strategies to achieve disbursement targets.
- Track and analyze market trends, competition, and pricing to drive growth.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for the DSA channel to deliver high performance.
- Regularly review team performance, provide training, and drive motivation.
Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for personal loan disbursements.
- Ensure high conversion rates from lead to disbursal, improving efficiency across the funnel.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Monitor quality of sourced business and maintain portfolio hygiene by controlling delinquency.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate closely with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Collections teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance offerings and delivery efficiency.
Market Expansion:
- Explore and expand into untapped geographies within and around Pune.
- Build brand presence and awareness through partnerships and DSA engagement programs.
