Client : Fast-growing fashion retail and lifestyle company @Gurgaon loc
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales Strategy & Expansion (EBO, LFS, MBO):
- Build and execute sales strategies across all retail formats.
- Identify new opportunities for EBO expansion and LFS/MBO penetration.
- Monitor retail trends, competition, and consumer insights.
Retail Partner & Store Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with LFS partners, MBO retailers, and brand teams.
- Maximize store productivity through strong alignment with channel stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth operational coordination across formats.
Sales Targets & Revenue Growth:
- Own and drive sales targets for EBOs, LFS, and MBO networks.
- Track performance across regions and formats, addressing gaps proactively.
- Ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Inventory, Buying Coordination & Sell-Through:
- Coordinate with buying & merchandising teams for assortments, replenishment's, and seasonal planning.
- Track inventory ageing, sell-through, and stock health across formats.
