The Sales Head will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive business growth and expand the institute's footprints. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the education sector in Pune.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process.
- Manage sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
