Role Overview
Our client, a fast-growing EdTech startup, is looking for a seasoned Head of Sales to lead and scale its revenue engine across offline and online offerings. This role will be responsible for driving growth, building high-performing sales teams, and establishing scalable sales processes aligned with business objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy and revenue growth across multiple products and channels
- Build, lead, and scale inside sales, field sales, and partner sales teams
- Define and track sales KPIs, targets, funnels, and conversion metrics
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Admissions, and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion
- Establish robust sales processes, playbooks, and CRM discipline
- Drive expansion across geographies, centers, and new product lines
- Coach and mentor senior sales leaders and frontline managers
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting to leadership
Candidate Profile
- 1014 years of experience in Sales / Revenue Leadership, preferably in EdTech, B2C Internet, or Consumer-facing businesses
- Strong exposure to high-growth, scaled environments (startup or growth-stage companies preferred)
- Proven track record of building and scaling large sales teams
- Experience handling high-volume lead funnels and consultative selling models
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRMs and analytics tools
Preferred Background
- Experience in Consumer Tech Industry
- Exposure to offline + online (phygital) sales models
- MBA from a reputed institute is a plus
