Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for the Bakery and Noodles Division in the North East region and handling other product baskets for Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh. - Achieve sales targets: Set ambitious sales targets and lead the sales team in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and increasing customer base. - Sales software implementation: Identify and implement appropriate sales software solutions to streamline and enhance the sales process. Ensure smooth integration with existing systems. - Sales system improvement: Analyze the existing sales system, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency and productivity. - P&L management: Monitor and manage the profit and loss of the designated areas. Develop strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards. - Team management: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting performance targets, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Market analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and respond to changing customer needs. - Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Sales forecasting and reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators, market trends, and sales opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred with 20 to 25 years of Experience in a Similar domain. - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a focus on Foods products. - Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets. - Experience in implementing sales software and improving sales systems. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Willingness to travel within the designated region.
