Sales Head [Digital Solutions / AI / Cybersecurity / Enterprise Sales].
Location: Mumbai.
Experience: 6+ Years.
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales professional with experience in full-cycle solution sales across BFSI, IT/ITeS industries.
The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders, and a proven track record in driving revenue and closing complex deals.
Experience or interest in AI and cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Prospect, qualify, and manage enterprise opportunities across BFSI, IT/ITeS industries.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with customers on AI, security, and compliance challenges.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Drive sales from first meeting to signed contract, coordinating with Sales Engineers for technical alignment.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase capabilities.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Handle RFPs, pricing proposals, and contracts to successful closure.
- Collaboration: Partner with global sales leadership to align territory goals with company objectives.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in enterprise software sales, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI security solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex B2B consultative sales.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, AI adoption, and security compliance (ISO 42001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDP).
- Skilled in selling to CxOs, CISOs, CIOs, and IT/security decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
