The client is an RBI registered leading digital loan platform funded by institutional and marquee angel investors and as a part of its growth strategy is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead the offline B2B2C channel for the "Loan Against Securities' product. The Sales Head will be part of the leadership team and will report to the Founder & CEO of the company. The incumbent will be responsible for the following: - Build the offline B2B2C channel - Develop and manage the PAN India teams - Understand the needs of the channels and convince them to partner with the client - Drive the business through the channel partners To be successful in the role, the incumbent must have: - At least 10 years of experience in selling financial products - Deep understanding of the 'Loan Against Securities' market - Prior successful experience insetting up retail distribution network for financial products - Ability to leverage existing contact networks in MF distribution and Share Broking ecosystem - Ability to effectively articulate client's value proposition The client has a very lucrative variable and ESOP scheme for this role.
