Job Title: Head of Sales

Experience: 10-15 years in B2B Diamond Jewellery Sales. Luxury/premium products experience is welcome. B2B is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development, market expansion, and brand building.
- Own key accounts and overall sales profitability.
- Partner with production and design on product and pricing strategy.
- Build data-driven sales plans, forecasts, and GTM strategies.
- Hire, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven leadership and team management in B2B environments.
- Strategic, analytically strong, and decisive.
- Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools.
