Job Description :
- The Regional Sales Head - West will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales roadmap to drive revenue and market share growth in the assigned region. This role requires a seasoned leader to manage a large sales team, optimize distribution channels, and ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Lead and manage a sales team of 10-12 professionals to achieve business targets.
- Conduct sales planning and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Oversee collections and ensure timely payments.
- Uphold and ensure compliance with workplace safety, IMS, and ESG standards.
- Proven track record of handling a business size of - 350 crores or more.
- Strong team-handling experience, ideally managing a team of 10-12 people.
- Experience in key account management is a plus.

- High-level exposure and growth opportunities by reporting directly to the India Sales Head.
