Head - Sales - Besan
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Pan-India sales and distribution strategy for the Besan product line.
- Lead the sales team by hiring, training, and performance managing regional teams.
- Set and monitor aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive channel development and build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
- Conduct field visits to engage with the market, troubleshoot issues, and gather real-time feedback.
- Ensure complete capacity utilization of Besan manufacturing units through sales planning and demand generation.
- Manage collections, credit policies, and coordinate closely with the execution and quality teams.
- Oversee pricing, profitability, and customer satisfaction in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
