About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic business leader to head our newly launched Baby Care Division, focusing on Baby Consumables & Feeding Accessories across India.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end sales, distribution, and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy, driving profitable growth and establishing a strong footprint in the baby care segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategy for Baby Consumables and Feeding Accessories across India.
- Lead, guide, and expand a national sales team, ensuring business targets and profitability goals are achieved.
- Build and nurture relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and modern retail networks.
- Drive new product launches, channel activation, and brand visibility in coordination with marketing teams.
- Formulate and implement GTM, pricing, and promotional strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and R&D for effective execution.
- Drive P&L ownership for the Baby Care Division, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Leadership roles.
- Baby Care, Infant Products (Feeding or Consumables Only).
- Candidates with experience in launching and scaling baby feeding or consumable brands will be preferred.
Functional Expertise:
- Channel Sales, Distribution Management, GTM Planning, Brand Development, P&L Ownership.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills with hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Sales, Marketing, or General Management) from a reputed institute preferred.
