Role Requirements:
Experience: 8-12 years in B2C, D2C, or e-commerce sales, ideally with subscription or retail models
- B2C Expertise: Proven track record in driving consumer acquisition and retention strategies
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of social platforms, digital campaigns, and lifecycle management

- Analytical Mindset: Comfort with metrics like CAC, retention rate, and CLV
- Leadership Skills: Experience in managing B2C sales and customer support teams
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Define and execute B2C sales strategies to grow subscription base (pooja, cut flowers, dcor)
- Optimize subscriber experience from sign-up to delivery, across offerings priced - 85- 2,099 Twinspiration Blooms Pvt. Ltd.
- Analyze consumer behavior to refine plans, pricing, and product bundles
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Drive new customer acquisition through digital marketing, social platforms, and direct engagement (WhatsApp, Instagram)
- Implement retention campaigns including loyalty programs, offers, and usage incentives
- Collaborate with marketing on positioning, storytelling, and highlighting Phulwaa's social impact
Operations & Service Excellence:
- Ensure delivery logistics and customer service maintain premium quality standards
- Partner with operations to provide seamless experiences across touchpoints
Leadership & Team Management:
- Build and lead a B2C sales and customer support team to consistently achieve growth targets
- Monitor and improve performance through data-driven KPIs
