As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across the North America and Global markets. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and forging strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the North America and Global regions, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new enterprise customers by effectively articulating the value proposition of our B2B SaaS solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance to the executive team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and product feedback loop.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA mandatory).
- 10+ years of proven experience in Sales with at least 6 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the North American markets, with a network of relevant industry contacts.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
- Results-oriented mindset and a commitment to driving revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel as required.
