Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve $10 million in revenue within three years.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize sales analytics and CRM tools to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in sales, including at least 5 in leadership roles in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Track Record: Proven ability to scale revenue from around $1 million to $10 million or more.
- Leadership: Exceptional team-building skills; ability to inspire, lead, and hold team accountable.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of crafting and executing long term strategic plans.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator; comfortable presenting to C-level executives.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient with sales analytics and CRM tools to drive insights and performance.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
