Job Purpose - As the Sales Head for Batteries, you will be responsible to drive the sales strategy, managing the sales team, and revenue generation. - You will be responsible to keep a tab on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements and utilize this information to refine the sales strategy accordingly. - To foster strong and long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners by timely addressing their needs, concerns and inquiries. - Sales Forecasting and Reporting - You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategies to meet customer needs. - Client Contracts - Team management & their performance Evaluation Qualifications and Requirements - Proven experience in sales leadership roles - Looking for candidates from Only battery industry (preferably SMF battery) - Strong understanding of battery technology. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills. - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Should be a number driven person. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Open to travel as & when required.
