Are you a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of AIF & PMS products and strong relationships across Private Banks, IFAs, Wealth Managers, and Family Offices in the West Zone?

This is your opportunity to lead business development across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and other key markets as a Sales Head West Zone with one of Indias top-tier Asset Management Companies.

Role Overview:

As the Sales Head West Zone, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve AUM and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AIF & PMS sales strategy across Western India.

- Forge and grow relationships with wealth ecosystem stakeholders

- Identify & onboard strategic distribution partners

- Drive investor awareness through presentations and events

- Build and mentor a dynamic regional sales team

- Align with compliance and regulatory norms (SEBI, etc.)

- Represent the company in industry forums and events

Ideal Candidate:

- 12+ years in Financial Services, with 5+ in AIF/PMS Sales

- Strong network across Private Banks, IFAs, RIAs, and Family Offices

- Demonstrated success in achieving AUM/revenue targets

- Deep product knowledge (AIFs, PMS) & SEBI regulations

- MBA or equivalent in Finance/Economics preferred
