Description:
Role: The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and growing the sales organization for our appliances business. This role involves strategic planning, sales leadership, distributor/channel management, and achieving revenue and market share targets across all sales channels (B2B & B2C- Channel, Dealer,Distributor, Modern Trade, E Com, CSD, Institutional Sales).
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evolve the sales strategy to achieve short- and long-term revenue goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to align sales strategy with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform sales plans and pricing.
- Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for all channels and monitor performance.
- Forecast sales results, track KPIs, and make tactical adjustments as needed.
- Develop and oversee pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting.
- Build, manage, and expand a distribution network, including dealers, retailers, and large accounts.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Oversee CRM and sales tools to optimize lead tracking, funnel conversion, and analytics.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and aligned go-to-market execution.
Education & Other Details:
- MBA with 14+ Years Experience in FMCG & FMCD
- Max Age 47 Years
