- Devising & implementing pre & post marketing activities for successful launching of new product.
- Conceptualization of visual merchandising display at outlet for maintenance of a high -product Image.
- Interacting and assisting customers for enhancing sales growth, market coverage and promoting the brand.
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & groups targets.
- Designing and development of merchandising material across product categories for promoting the sale of product.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the management time to time.
