Role is responsible for the following :

- Develop Growth Strategies for southern states.

- Develop annual sales budget Plan for all products in collaboration with sales and marketing team.

- Drive marketing programs

- Pricing, stocks placement, returns and liquidation

- Customer Relations : Responsible for design and development of loyalty programs, develop new customers and increase market share.

- Strengthen distributors, retailers, and farmer relationships

- Channel Management and building brand image.

- Drive and Manage marketing/sales programs

- Develop New Business Opportunities

- Monster State wise performance

- Drive volume and sales growth
