We are seeking a high-performing Head of Sales & Marketing with strong experience in apparel, retail, and e-commerce to lead end-to-end revenue growth, brand strategy, digital performance, and marketplace expansion.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with deep expertise in D2C, digital marketing, sales planning, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:

- Develop and execute sales strategies for offline retail, online channels, and marketplace partnerships.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profitability targets.

- Drive retail expansion strategies, B2B opportunities, and category-level growth.

E-commerce & Marketplace Management:

- Lead performance across D2C website, marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.), and omni-channel initiatives.

- Drive RoAS, optimise CAC/LTV, enhance conversion funnels, and oversee growth marketing.

- Build strong relationships with marketplace category teams for visibility, deals, and growth programs.

Digital Marketing & Brand Building:

- Lead digital strategy across paid performance marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, CRM, and retention.

- Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpointsonline and offline.

- Oversee content, creative strategy, photoshoots, campaigns, and merchandising communication.

Strategic Planning & Business Intelligence:

- Build annual operating plans, growth roadmaps, monthly forecasts, and budget plans.

- Use data and analytics to derive insights on customer behavior, product performance, assortment gaps, and market trends.

- Translate insights into actionable strategies for sales, marketing, and product teams.

Product, Merchandising & Cross-Functional Alignment:

- Collaborate with product development, design, merchandising, supply chain, and operations teams.

- Feed market insights into product planning, pricing, new launches, and seasonal strategies.

- Ensure optimal assortment mix across both online and offline channels.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop teams across sales, digital marketing, brand, and e-commerce.

- Build capability, drive performance frameworks, and ensure high accountability.

- Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

- 12-15 years of experience in retail, apparel, fashion, or consumer brands.

- Strong understanding of D2C, marketplace growth, and omni-channel strategies.

- Proven track record in scaling e-commerce revenue and improving marketing ROI.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

- Highly analytical with proficiency in performance dashboards, CRM, and marketing tools.

- Ability to manage both brand and performance-driven marketing approaches.
