Job Profile :

- Develop and implement Sales, Marketing & CRM strategies to drive revenue growth across all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects Pan India.

- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, IPCs, brokers, and institutional clients.

- Lead and execute integrated marketing plans (digital + offline) to generate qualified leads and improve brand visibility.

- Oversee branding, advertising, project launches, and customer communication initiatives.

- Drive ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing, PR activities, and large-scale events.

- Conduct and supervise market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to support business decisions.

- Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Project teams.

Candidate Profile :

- Min 20+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with minimum 6-8 years in Real Estate.

- Proven experience with Township, Large Residential, and Commercial Projects.

- Experience working at National / Zonal / Global levels with leading Real Estate developers.

- Demonstrated stability in career with noteworthy contributions in previous roles.

- Strong leadership, business acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in professional, competitive, and fast-paced business environments.
