Head - Sales & Marketing - Manufacturing

Position: Head - Sales & Marketing (National & Global)

Industry: Recycling of Lead, Aluminium, Plastic & Rubber

Customers: Automotive, Battery, Tyre & Industrial Manufacturers

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive domestic & international sales for recycled Lead metal, Aluminium, Plastic, Rubber as raw materials to Customers (B2B marketing)

- Develop and execute sales & business development strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets

- Manage key OEM & large industrial accounts (Automotive, Battery, Tyre manufacturers)

- Expand export markets, distributors, and global customer base

- Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, contracts, and credit terms

- Track commodity prices (LME/MCX) and market trends

- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams

- Build and lead the sales & BD team

Candidate Profile:

-18-25 years experience in non-ferrous metals / raw material sales

- Strong exposure to Automotive / Battery / Tyre industry customers

- Experience in export sales & international markets

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
