1 Lead business operations, strategy, and technical execution for the gearbox division

2 Drive growth, profitability, and market expansion through cross-functional leadership

3 Collaborate with global teams for product development, localization & standardization

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead application engineering, proposal & order execution teams

- Manage technical offers, cost estimation & proposal drawings for EPC/OEMs

- Handle non-standard gearbox enquiries till order completion

- Coordinate with planning, assembly & projects for smooth execution

- Release BOMs & ensure timely delivery with optimized inventory

- Work with HQ for new product launches, localization & product improvement

- Conduct performance feedback, failure analysis & quality enhancement

- Support sales with technical expertise & market analysis

- Conduct seminars/webinars & train OEMs, sales & service partners

- Collaborate with marketing for technical promotions & product advertisements

- Gather market intelligence - competition, trends & new business opportunities

- Contribute to product optimization, localization & business strategy initiatives
