Job Title: Head of Sales & Marketing

Location: Vadodara

Reports To: President & Business Head

Industry: Glassware Manufacturing (Tableware, Jars, Tumblers, Future plans - Perfume & Cosmetic Bottles)

Experience: 15-20+ years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Glassware, FMCG, Cookware sectors

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Growth

- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals.

- Identify new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Set and monitor aggressive sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement and profitability.

- Lead pricing strategy, margin optimization, and product mix planning.

Sales Analysis & Forecasting

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making.

- Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards for leadership.

- Forecast demand and align sales efforts with production and inventory planning.

- Use CRM and analytics tools to track pipeline, conversion rates, and customer behavior.

Distribution Channel Development

- Design and expand multi-channel distribution strategies (B2B, retail, e-commerce, export).

- Build and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.

- Evaluate and onboard new channel partners in domestic and international markets.

- Optimize supply chain coordination with logistics and operations teams.

Marketing & Brand Management

- Lead brand positioning, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.

- Oversee digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional activities.

- Collaborate with design and R&D teams to align marketing with product innovation.

New Segment Development

- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking in the new product line.

- Develop go-to-market strategies for the new product line.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Proven track record in sales leadership and marketing strategy.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and data-driven decision-making.

- Experience in glassware, cookware, or FMCG industries preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
