- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, brand positioning, and sales enablement activities.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of B2B industrial marketing, preferably in the construction, electrical, infrastructure, or polymer-based products sector.
- This role demands experience with government bodies, infrastructure firms, and private industrial clients across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote FRP Pultrusion and SMC product lines.
- Identify market opportunities in government tenders, EPC contractors, builders, architects, and distributors.
Branding & Communication:
- Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, brochures, datasheets, case studies, videos, and product presentations.
- Strengthen brand visibility through trade shows, exhibitions, digital marketing, and PR initiatives.
Market Research & Insights:
- Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams.
- Monitor pricing trends, and suggest product positioning accordingly.
Channel & Tender Marketing:
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and PSU/CPWD/PWD tendering authorities for product approvals.
- Support tender participation by coordinating documentation and marketing inputs.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Lead B2B digital marketing efforts via LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and company website.
- Supervise content strategy, campaign execution, and lead generation programs.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Mentor and guide junior marketing executives and interns.
- Work closely with Sales, Design, and Production teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
