Role Overview

A strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales, business development, and market expansion for BIM-driven digital construction solutions across the Saudi & Dubai markets. This position requires strong regional experience, an extensive network, and deep industry knowledge of construction, infrastructure, and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

GCC (Dubai & UAE Market)

- Lead business development for BIM-based construction & engineering solutions across Dubai.

- Engage with top companies such as ALEC, ASGC, Dutco, Khansaheb, KEO International, etc.

- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, presentations & closures.

- Collaborate with India-based BIM & technical teams for proposals and demos.

- Represent the organization at Dubai events, client meets, and industry forums.

Saudi Arabia Market

- Develop and execute sales strategies for large-scale infrastructure & construction clients.

- Deeply engage with leading organizations: NEOM, Aramco, Saudi Binladin Group, Nesma & Partners, El Seif Engineering, Dar Al Riyadh, etc.

- Align offerings with Vision 2030 Giga Projects (Red Sea, Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate, NEOM).

- Build a high-performing sales team in Saudi Arabia.

Leadership & Strategy (Combined Role):

- Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and revenue targets across UAE & KSA.

- Maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships across government, semi-government & private sectors.

- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to guide business strategy.

Candidate Profile

- Strong background in construction, infrastructure, engineering services, and BIM solutions.

- Proven success in GCC market penetration and client acquisition.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and deliver high-value proposals.

- Strong network across Saudi & UAE construction ecosystems.

Compensation Structure

Dubai Role Range

AED 30,000 - 45,000 per month

(Approx. 80-120 LPA INR Equivalent)

Annual Performance Incentives

Saudi Arabia Role Range

SAR 35,000 - 50,000 per month

(Approx. 90-130 LPA INR Equivalent)
