Key Responsibilities:-
A. Strategy & Market Growth:
- Formulate and implement a robust Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for the E-Mobility, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and Industrial sectors.
- Analyze and track emerging trends in the green technology and battery landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive international business expansion, leveraging their presence in markets such as Singapore, the USA, and Malaysia.
B. Team Development & Leadership:
- Build, coach, and lead a dynamic team spanning Sales, Business Development, and Digital Marketing functions.
- Define clear KPIs, revenue targets, and performance metrics to foster a high-performance, outcome-oriented culture.
C. Strategic Partnerships (B2B):
- Own and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including leading OEMs (electric 2W/3W manufacturers), large industrial groups, and defense organizations.
- Spearhead high-value negotiations for long-term contracts, including tailored and solution-based agreements.
D. Brand & Digital Marketing:
- Drive the company's positioning as a "technology-first" battery solutions provider.
- Collaborate with marketing to elevate digital visibility, strengthen lead generation via platforms like LinkedIn and industry events, and promote technical thought leadership through content marketing.
Required Qualification:
- Preferred candidate should have an academic background in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration from reputed institutions, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Should possess 10-15+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity within industries such as Electric Vehicles (EV), Batteries, Power Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
