Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the E-Commerce and Quick Commerce sales strategy to achieve business objectives, revenue targets, and market share growth.
- Manage relationships and business operations with major online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other new-age platforms.
- Plan and monitor P&L for online business, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth across all digital channels.
- Work closely with marketing teams to drive digital campaigns, product visibility, and consumer engagement initiatives to enhance brand recall.
- Oversee assortment planning, pricing strategy, promotions, and discount mechanisms aligned with channel requirements.
- Analyze online sales data, consumer insights, and platform analytics to drive performance optimization and forecast trends.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure efficient inventory planning, order fulfillment, and delivery performance.
- Identify new digital opportunities, emerging platforms, and strategic partnerships to expand online presence.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Food or FMCG industry, with at least 5 years in a senior role handling E-Commerce and/or Quick Commerce business.
- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
Functional Expertise:
- Deep understanding of E-Commerce and Quick Commerce operations, category management, and online sales dynamics.
- Proven success in scaling digital channels and managing online P&L.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
