Will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of business in India. The role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving client experience, and enabling business growth across clinical, laboratory, and administrative functions.

Will work closely with the leadership team to implement strategic initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of healthcare delivery and biological sample management.

KRAS

1. Operational Leadership

- Oversee day-to-day operations

- Ensure efficient functioning of clinical, diagnostic, laboratory, and administrative departments.

- Implement standardized operating procedures across all units.

- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality of services.

2. Client Experience

- Ensure delivery of high-quality care aligned with healthcare standards and protocols.

- Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction and service quality.

- Monitor laboratory processes, quality control systems, and bio-storage infrastructure.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Quality

- Ensure compliance, regulatory bodies and accreditation standards.

- Implement quality assurance programs across laboratories.

- Oversee audits, certifications, and regulatory reporting requirements.

4. Strategy & Business Growth

- Support the CEO in developing and executing operational strategies for expansion and growth.

- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and service expansion.

5. Financial & Resource Management

- Manage operational budgets and optimize cost efficiencies.

- Monitor financial performance

- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, infrastructure, and technology.

6. Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor department heads including Sales, laboratory directors, and operations teams.

- Build a strong operational leadership pipeline across units.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

7. Technology & Process Optimization

- Implement healthcare information systems, laboratory management systems, and operational dashboards.

- Leverage data analytics for performance monitoring and decision-making.

Qualifications

- Medical or life sciences background will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 20 years of experience in healthcare operations.

- Strong Communication Skills.

- Understanding and Knowledge of Commercials/ P&L of healthcare business.
