Role Summary:
Responsible for driving profitable and sustainable business growth in the crop inputs segment through strategic sales, marketing, and channel initiatives. The role focuses on market expansion, brand leadership, digital adoption, and deep customer engagement across rural/agri ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated sales & marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead sales teams across regions; drive revenue growth and market share.
- Build and manage strong distributor/channel partner network.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide positioning and pricing.
- Oversee brand building, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory) for go-to-market alignment.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years in Agri Inputs sector (Sales, Marketing, Channel); Max Age: 50 yrs
- Strong understanding of Agri-Inputs (Fertilizers, Bio-stimulants/ Crop Nutrition, Crop Protectants, Water Soluble Fertilizers - WSF)
- Proven track record of sales growth, team leadership, and channel development.
